What can happen over time is ink residue can accumulate on the contacts preventing the ink cartridges from working properly. Cartridges are ok, test page came out fine.I took the cowers off, everything looks ok, no broken belts or paper jam.I would appreciate any help or ideas how to solve this Can you help?
