My knowledge isn't specific enough to post a full answer, but if you short two of the 20-pin pins with a papeprclip the PSU will kick on when your GPU does. Yeah something like the link. I read the box of the GPU and it clearly states that it requires 400 Watt PSU minimum. If that is indeed a HP power supply, it is probably good enough. It is your call, however. The unknown is quality. Your options are limited and if you don't have enough power for your gpu, obviously it just shuts down.
