solved Pc Is using too much memory while there is no programs on. Skimping out on my PSU has left me bitter and would prefer, what I've found to be the "top dogs," Corsair and EVGA. Fundamentally nothing different than what I'm pointing out. If your system's maximum power consumption is 600 watts, you should get at least a 750W power supply.
