may be it helpful for you . IGP was simply not working. An older board such as yours almost certainly doesn't. Both the old and new motherboards give the exact same symptoms.

Dont waste your GHz, find them before they find us. I tried the monitor with and without it...same result. I.E - Plug HDMI into mobo slot, turn computer on, open up Modern Warfare 2, runs smooth because graphics card is handling game --- is it possible? So far so good.
