Try switching the Drive port on the motherboard. The drive is seen as primary drive in BIOS and "C" in DOS. A couple of days ago it came up with the message but it did not work in the morning. this info took care of it immediately. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/55660-2-primary-drive-found

The motherboard and hard drive may have a loose cable connection or the SATA cable and power cable may have worn out.
